World of Shoes by Debbie Mascot
Remember when you were a kid and you went to an actual Shoe Store? Not a shoe department, but a Shoe Store? And remember the people there that helped? They weren't snot-nosed kids making $6 an hours who gave a crap about shoes; they were Shoe Sales People. People who actually knew stuff about shoes. They'd do the foot measuring thing and go in the back and find you shoes. They'd never shrug, chew more gum and tell you they didn't know.
World of Shoes is like an old-fashioned shoe store and not very expensive, either. I complain about customer service everywhere, but from now on, I'm visiting World of Shoes and Motherhood Maternity as much as possible. Both win my vote for the best customer service sales people. At both places, the workers know their product, like their product, and help you choose their product professionally.
I like this World.
