Plague House

So no reason at all for going OVER A MONTH since posting. It's just been busy and we've been plague-ey (yes, it's a word). Signa had a stomach bug with stuff coming out all ends and then Will never really got over a cold before getting another. Now he's wheezy and just got his very own sixty-two dollar inhaler. When I heard that we'd have to hold a mask over his nose and mouth and watch him breathe six times, I pictured holding him down and a big fight. I never imagined he'd laugh at it each and every time. So very cute.

So in other Will news, he crawls. We've a baby who crawls. He isn't super fast (yet) but he can get from here to there crawling like a "normal" baby rather than the scotching thing Signa did. He also pulls himself up on stuff, which Signa never did. He also cries and whines all night long these days, which…well, Signa DID do. He also won't sleep without being held (like Signa) and in general just wants to be held all day long (like Signa).

I can't think of anything else at the moment, so I'll finish with:

Signa-isms
*FAT. While watching American Idol, she noticed that someone was... hefty. When she commented, "That lady's FAT!" we (after laughing) told her that really wasn't nice to talk like that and that she'd hurt people's feelings. Her response, as if we were idiots: "It's just a TV screen."
*MAGIC She donned a cape and found a wand and told me to watch her do a trick. "Alacadabra Alacazam!" The thing was still there. "But I SAAAAIIIIDDDDD Alacadabra Alacazam!!!" She's learning that magic words aren't all it takes to make magic.
*MICKEY MOUSE CLUB I can't remember if I wrote this one already. At Disneyland in Toon Town, there is a house that is supposed to be Mickey's. it's all wonky and cool. Signa and I went through it and there was a photograph in a bookcase of the original Mickey Mouse Club. I got down on my knees and pointed it out to Signa. "This is the original Mickey Mouse Club from when I was a little girl." Signa looked at it intently and then said, "Which one are you, Momma?" I so wanted to be Annette right then, just to be my girl's star.
